Saturday Spotlight – Work It Mom

workitWhen I first became a working mom, I will admit, I felt a little alone and isolated.  The mom groups in my area catered to the stay-at-home mom and I just didn’t feel like I had many resources that I could relate to.

After doing some searching online, I discovered that there are a lot of working moms out there just like me looking for the same things.  One great site I found was Work It Moms.  From the site:

“It’s not easy to juggle family and career while maintaining your own sanity. We created Work It, Mom! because we believe that having a community where working moms can share their experiences, advice, and support can make that daily juggle a bit more manageable.”

Head on over to Work It Mom today and check it out!

Friday Series – Decluttering Me

cluttered deskThe school year is about to begin Monday for my oldest.  She will be in Pre-K.  There is something about the start of each school year that is sort of like a new beginning to me.  I have always found it exciting even when I wasn’t in school and before my daughter attended school.

That being said, I am on a quest to become more organized and “clutter free”.  I am going to share with you my journey from start to finish.  I will share with you my before pictures and the tools I use to get organized.  I am going to work on time management, myself, and my home.

Stick around, you won’t want to miss it!!
